We were rebooked in amorano after the fire in raphael and these comments refer to amorano. both are equally good and we highly recommend them. different food cultures, but equally good.

Nice, cozy place very attentive staff. eating excellent, I had pork fillet filled with sage and black pudding and my partner had the connection both dishes were excellent. definitely recommend and will visit again when we return to bath.

We had a meal before eating, it was excellent. the service was fast and the staff was very obliged. the food was well presented and had good aromas. the menu choice was limited as they would expect on a pre-theater menu, but there was a good choice of options. it was nice to see that the wee through the glass was similar to the price of a bottle so that we choose our wee individually without great cost penalty. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Whenever I visit bath, this is my restaurant of choice. eating is always delicious and the set lunch menu is a great value at £140.00 for 2 courses. the personal is warm and friendly and ultra efficient, but without over-zealous in their attention (I don't like to excite too much). despite the last in the restaurant after the Saturday lunch, the staff has not put us under pressure to go so that their geduld was most appreciated. the room is quite limited, but there is always a great atmosphere and somehow the proximity of other guests does not seem to be a problem. I used the restaurant for appetizers and they were always very accommodating.

Think French bistro with a twist warmly welcoming, with straightforward food, well cooked, served promptly.
