Gourmet Burger

"The service was excellent and all the flavors were still top-notch. However, the bun and meat portion seemed smaller and you have to pay extra for sauce. It's been a while since I last visited, but I still remember how much I enjoyed the food."

On a Friday evening, we arrived at the restaurant without a reservation and received outstanding service. The staff quickly made room for us, rearranging some tables to make it easier for me to navigate as I am in a wheelchair. The burgers, fries, and beers were all excellent.

The service and food at this restaurant are both exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to dine with friends or family during the Christmas season.

Drove all the way to Bath to go to Gourmet Burger Kitchen and go to the Bath Xmas market. We were very disappointed and wished we had read the reviews before coming. After waiting a while to be served we realised that we needed to go and order our food at the bar whilst the waiters stood around looking into space and wiping the odd empty table. We then had a 45-50 minute wait on receiving our food which eventually turned up. However, this food was cold! The burgers were dry and not very tasty, and the chips were bland and stone cold. We should have complained at the time but were in a rush to get to the Xmas market which we had now missed! Not impressed at all and won’t be coming back!! This was expensive and cost £50 !!! Next time we are going to KFC!!

Great food and great service, had a really range for our vegetarian daughter too. Happy friendly staff and clean and tidy every time we visit
