After ordering a bacon and egg meal, plus extra hash brown online well before midday, I had to wait in drive thru line for over 20 mins, gave my code only to be given just a hash brown at the final window, I was then told the other items I ordered were not available as it was now after 12:00.They should honour all incoming orders made before 12. Their solution was that I could wait another 15mins for their muffin oven to heat up again, this was no longer practical or convenient especially after already waiting so long.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Waiting 20 minutes just for hot chips to be cooked.

Constantly forget items and when they manage to get it right it looks like it was made by blind Freddie. Go elsewhere
