Wendy's - Batavia

Young lady said yes that they had vanilla frostys available. I gave her my card and she gave me the frosty and shut the window. It was orange. I told her this looks orange and that I wanted vanilla. She said they were out of orange and only had vanilla left . ...What? I think she said it backwards. Regardless the people who work at night there are absolutely horrible with running the place. Orders are guaranteed to be wrong after 4PM.

They employ people with anger issues and attacks people on a public sidewalk! Let's boycott this place and put the Devil out of business!

This drive thru is super weird. They pull you forward when there is no one behind you? Then walk it outside to you, doing way more work than just handing it to you through a window. Completely ridiculous practice that you only see here at this location. The wait time for there being no one else in line was still over ten minutes on a mobile order. What is the point in doing a mobile order when the staff still makes you pull forward and wait ten minutes. Overall very disappointed with this location and won’t be returning.
