Mcdonald's - Batavia

Everything was fantastic! My sausage biscuit was made to perfection, and the hash browns were fresh and served hot.

The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal was overcooked to the point where the burger patty had a hard crust. The fries were cold and stale. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

We received the wrong milkshake, so it seems the store ran out of our initial choice. Instead, they topped it with strawberries, resulting in a peppermint strawberry shake that was quite unappetizing.

The Carmel Frappe was wonderful as always. I have never used Door Dash and I am very happy with the service.

We visited this McDonald's yesterday with our five children and a nephew. It's always a challenge to go anywhere with so many kids, especially when the oldest is just eight. However, the staff at this McDonald's was exceptional. One particular employee, whom I regret not catching the name of, was incredibly friendly, supportive, and kind to both us and the kids. She held the door open for us as we came in, immediately provided all the children with crayons and coloring sheets, and was so patient and warm towards them and us. It wasn't the easiest day for us, as we were in the midst of a road trip and the kids were starting to get restless, but her sweet and encouraging words really helped ease this mom’s heart. I won’t forget this experience at McDonald's anytime soon, and I hope the store gets the recognition it deserves for the excellent way they treat their customers.
