Baskin-robbins - Batavia

Everytime we order a banana split they can never have it. Why offer something you can't ever make? We aren't coming back again. We've lived in Batavia for over two years and not once have I been able to get what I want. It's always a different excuse of why they can't make it.

One awful experience picking up a birthday cake. We ordered a Ghost cake. BR code is H119. Picture of what is suppose to look like and their scribble when they took the order. Third pic is what I got. Seriously???? How does one get from the pic in the catalogue to what I received. The people in the store were no help and shame on me for going to pick it up the day before I need it. I would recommend you avoid this place. No one making the cake or reviewing the end product could make this error.

I always go to this place for my favorite drink, where I live I have one on the corner of my house, but I stopped going because all the time it had a different flavor, they didn't do it the same, sometimes good, sometimes bad. I changed locations I don't mind going any further but the taste was always the same today I had to try my favorite drink and it tastes horrible the taste is not from a blass cappuccino this location was my favorite batavia ?.
