Shipudei Tzipora - Bat Yam

Exactly the kind of meal I was hoping for when I arrived in Israel. A table full of salads, giant pieces of warm bread, hummus and freshly grilled meat. The service was fast and friendly, and on a cold rainy day being able to sit inside somewhere warm was a welcome change from most of the places in the area. Everything was prepared perfectly.

High quality kosher food. Staff is super friendly and paid attention all the time. Awsome restaurant in bistro-style. The wine was delicious. I really recommend this place.

This restaurant has been recommended to us. It’s our first visit and our last. In good faith we ordered salads for starters and a tray of meat for 2 people. The salads came along. They don’t even give you the opportunity to enjoy the salads they serve you within 5 minutes the meat. The meat tray is poor consisting of cheap meat and sausages. For 2 people they even cannot afford to serve you with 2 lamb cutlets. The waitress asked if we wanted chips. We thought is complimentary to the meal we ordered. The waitress never mentioned that we ordered enough food and pushing us to order more, to inflate the takings. We were additionally charged for the humus which we never ordered. The humus in their view is not part of the salads. When we complained to the waitress for her not warning us about the extra costings, she rudely answered that it’s her job to ask us for extra food. The restaurant is overpriced, you can pay half the money and enjoy the meat tray, with salads, humus, chips etc, Our bill for 2 came to 495 shekels. We paid exact money, did not pay any tip for such a lousy selection of food and bad service. Tourists, you have been warned, make sure you order what you need. Don’t get influenced you are not obliged to order salads or chips. The drinks are expensive too. Take an example of the price, we paid. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT, they are only after your money.

Best food in Tel Aviv , if you had to have just 1 meal in Tel Aviv make sure it’s at this amazing restaurant. I see why it’s very very popular amongst locals ! Which is always a good sign and measure.

Loved the food and staff was so friendly! Must visit. A bit expensive but for that quality i was ok to pay slightly extra.
