Doubledave's Pizzaworks - Bastrop

The command was wrong. When I came back to pick up the right job, I was told that it was my fault to check that or not before I left. then the manager said I'm sorry, because we're soouo short. no customer problem! when there were 3 people in the restaurant. in the hospitality industry double daves and there management should be ashamed! hopefully has the management cameras and audio, so that they can see how terrible the shift leader scott treats his customers there. btw asked for company number and scott refused to give it to me

Don't even try delivery anymore. Tried twice these last few months. Both times 2+ hours and no pizza. Had to cancel. They don't intend to deliver pizza anymore. Too short staffed.

I placed a delivery order over the weekend. I was shorted a pizza. I contacted the location Bastrop location the same night. It was 9:35pm they said we are closed my manager will credit it back to you. It wasn’t done. I then went by the location and was told it would be done, it takes a few days. It’s now 5 days later I contacted the store again. The manager Joseph said too bad I don’t know what you’re talking about, you’ll just have to go tell your bank you’ll just have to go after this company. He refused to give his last name. He should definitely be demoted. Do not recommend you trust this location with you money. Apparently theft is ok by them. Horrible experience!

Good pizza and food. But delivery takes FOREVER. Got an email saying they were out for delivery at 6:27, it is now 7:16. This IS NOT the first time it's happened.

Ordered at 620. Called at 740. Was told next in line to be delivered. 8 we get a text it's on its way. 840 call again cause takes less than 15 minutes to drive there. Delivery guy pulls up while on phone. Giving them a 4 because it seem like they didn't do anything unusual for them as there was no apologies for taking 2 hours and 20 minutes plus to deliver. Won't be ordering delivery again from them. Would go in for buffet once that opens up, I had one in round rock months back so surprised this one isn't open for buffet yet.
