E Surelle - Bastia

At each passage in the area I make a stop at the E Surelle truck to burn my fingers to the delicious onion/short beignets and their migliaciollu with fresh cheese to damn father and mother. Thank you girls!!!!

It's always a great happiness when I move to Bastia because I know I'm going to be able to taste the recipes of a surelle. Migliaccioli with fresh cheese and onion/panzetta donuts... my god I'm still bleeding. For small budgets that want to eat quickly in the afternoon there is nothing better.

The real good plan for travellers who want the generous taste of Corsican specialties without dragging in length to the terrace. Take 5 minutes away from the beach, for example) or to enjoy on the spot, migliaccioli, panizze doughnuts are really worth the detour. Whether you're leaving the boat to the south or the Balagne, it's the ideal stop before you get back on the road... good, it's a crossroads without great charm but so practical... especially very tasty! Anyway, if you're tired of the catchers you like to eat, this place is for you!
