Absolutely Wish we could do our wedding day all over again! It was honestly perfect from Start to finish. Danielle made the planning process so easy for us as we work so much, we were so relaxed and we were actually able to enjoy planning the wedding! Everything from the venue decorating to the food, from the DJ and the flowers (both helped to arrange from Danielle) were incredible and absolutely what we wanted. I wish we could do it all again, so lucky to have made a friend for life in Danielle too

I’ve given a 2 purely due to the place and views were beautiful. However the service me, my husband, friends and family received was appalling. To start off with it was a complete nightmare to get hold of our wedding coordinator Danielle. Secondly on the day started amazingly, we had for our sit down meal an afternoon. Which we had paid £26 per head, which didn’t come out as per head it had to be shared between 3/4 people. The sandwiches were tiny and dry, quiches had no flavour and the smallest amount of sausage roll. After our sit down meal they wanted everyone to clear the room so my mum and stepdad wanted A photo in the back drop with me and my husband, there were drinks from the drinks package and brought drinks on the table the waitresses threw them away we were only 20 feet from them, the waitress was extremely rude to my mum when she spoke to them. So when I spoke to Danielle about this matter it just turn into an argument. Then was replaced! Then our evening meal we paid for a bbq £25.50 per head and again the food was definitely not value for money the chicken and burgers were dry and tough! To the point most guest didn’t eat them! One of my guests asked for cheese in her burgers and was told no that’s all they get! The only food that was nice on the evening menu was the sausages!! The staff were rude and walked round with miserable faces, the only staff I can compliment are the bar staff they were lovely and very helpful. I feel extremely gutted about how this was considering the amount of money we paid and to be fair that is all they think about. I spoke with the manager Dominic they next day on the phone and all he could offer was a bottle of bubbly or some beers. My special day just didn’t feel as special as it should have no one checked if anything was okay or how good was.

We had our wedding at The Pheasantry Brewery and cannot speak highly enough of Danielle and the team. Right from the initial visit, the whole process was just perfect culminating in a fantastic ceremony and celebration. Nothing was too much trouble for the team; on the day, they set everything up outside, then the rains came and they moved everything inside, at the last minute it stopped raining and they speedily set it up outside again. The whole afternoon ran like clockwork, Danielle was firmly in control whilst staying in the background. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it (canapés after the ceremony and BBQ later), the staff were friendly and attentive, we couldn’t have wished for anything better. Thank you Danielle and staff for such a wonderful day.

Recently attended a wedding here on what sadly was one of the worst weather days we’ve had so far this year. The venue was fantastic and did an incredible job in changing areas around to cope with not being able to be outside in the garden and lawn areas literally all day. The food was excellent , a BBQ and later a Hog Roast . The staff were incredible all working non stop for the 12 hours we were all there with the difficult weather conditions to manage. Only slight downside is the lack of taxis not the venues fault but the area infrastructure). So if you are going to need a taxi then book them well in advance or you will have to drive yourself as an isolated location.

I recently went to my friends wedding at this venue, which a nice setting but the food was awful. The cream tea was basic and the sandwiches were dried and curled at the edges. When it came to the bbq in the evening it was basically some dried unseasoned chick and burgers. Not even a cheese slice. Really not worth the money.
