Mcdonald's Restaurants - Bassetlaw

Stopped on the way home from a few days away because it was convenient for the A1. Never again! The order number was listed as 'ready ' for several minutes when there was no sign of it being ready to collect. It then vanished and reappeared again later. Judging by the fact that both burgers were luke warm when they eventually appeared, it may well have been ready but simply left sitting out somewhere. My husband 's was even colder when he eventually got to eat it because they 'd made me a chocolate shake rather than a strawberry one. He took it back to the counter and was left standing again for several minutes before they remade it (pretty ungraciously). I was also given the wrong McFlurry this was confirmed by the counter staff but not changed as by then we just wanted to eat and get out. While my husband was waiting, at least two other customers were complaining about being served the wrong food, as well as a couple of delivery drivers who had been sent out with the wrong orders. At the same time a waitress tried to give me a whole tray full of food in spite of the fact that I was sitting at a table with no delivery number on it. We 've eaten at McDonalds all over the country for years with no problems or complaints never come across anywhere as chaotic as this branch.

Don't waste your money dining here. We were visiting for a special occasion but found the staff to be extremely rude and dismissive. The manager, Emily, seemed to have no interest in providing good customer service and was incredibly disrespectful. Perhaps she should try working on the other side of the counter and experiencing the way she treated my daughters and me. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere.

Just for a Big Mac and quarter pounder its 82p off £10. I know everything has gone up in price. I get it, but you would expect if you've spent the best part of ten pounds for it to be at least warm and not thrown together. We questioned the price to be told we'd be better off having a meal. What so we could have cold fries too! And a fizzy drink that's flat! Not even napkins in the bag to wipe our tears. Rubbish!

Whilst waiting for my order to arrive I was appalled to see a young female working off a pair of steps spraying degreaser on the top and the front of the chip dispenser, your staff were struggling to work round her to access the chips to put them in a bag. This was seen by other customers at the time and I did make comments to the lady that served me who totally blanked me so from that I presume the manager will not be informed, this happened on the 26th Sept at approx 14.30pm. I did not eat my chips !!! I would suggest this procedure is carried out when chip dispenser is no in service.

Got to the Drive Through at 10:58 and was refused breakfast. The board was still showing breakfasts as available and the car in front of us ordered breakfast. On other occasions we have ordered food here and the order has been totally wrong. Always have to wait for food and the chips are soggy and tasteless. Would not recommend this branch. Awful service.
