Mcdonald's Restaurants - Bassetlaw

We arrived at the restaurant shortly after breakfast items became available, and decided to eat here for breakfast.

We have visited this McDonald's multiple times, 4 times in the last 2 months. However, this morning when we called at 7:30-8:00, we had to wait almost 10 minutes to access the restroom for disabled individuals. This was frustrating as we had to wait for a staff member to assist us, causing a delay. It was disappointing to have such a long wait.

Visited this branch late lunch time today, having trouble ordering on the screen I went to the counter to order. One of the assistants looked at me at least twice but didn't speak to me just carried on with what she was doing then walked...away without speaking to me. The supervisor walked past, he didn't speak to me, he got a drink and just walked away. I left and took my business elsewhere. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN and I suggest you don't either.

2nite me my mate decided to call to McDonalds 4 tea sit inside 4 the first time since lockdown eased it was really good food was hot

Went today n sat in the drive through for 40 minutes for food that was ordered NO ONE TOLD ANYONE THE SYSTEMS WERE DOWN car after car pulling into the drive through do not one could go anywhere when i queried this.. answered but some inbred who despite speaking English it would appear she obviously didn’t want to be working there judging by her tone asked to speak to the manager and was told by the inbred no lol went in rather cross to speak to Neil the manager started off well but decended into Neil running into the kitchen n informing me by tannoy Forveveryone to hear that i was to leave i did so as this wasn’t productive only to return to the drive through n wait for a further 15 minutes i know the place has only opened a week but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired the manager requires training and the gentleman employee who works there and was removed from the situation due to his aggression needs to remember your not in a nightclub n a official employee your threats do not frightened me As a franchise bad reviews are never a good thing especially when you opened only a week ago like i mb said this is about customer service which was seriously lacking by both employees i spoke to n the manager. i would comment on the food but was left to feel like a mass murderer n the refused to serve me i only wanted an ice cream n fruit bag Mind you what do you expect from Cheapside inbred
