Mcdonalds - Bassetlaw

I believe this restaurant is not a good value, especially when waiting in line at the drive-through. The service was slow and not worth the wait.

Quick order through the app with 15% off my spicy! Delivered to my window! Tried my first mango smoothie which was mctasty!

Didn’t get what I ordered and the food was cold. It was only me at the drive thru, so I’ve no idea how you can get a mix up with the ordered.

Ordered on the app, waited at the the speaker no one answered so as the app is suppose to make it quicker, and we had been told to miss the speaker at other McDonald’s and go to the first pay till we did. Told them the order number when a manager name began with T came storming to the kiosk shouting abuse at we hadn’t stopped at the speaker, she was obvs having a bad day and not setting a good customer relations attitude with her young staff! Disgraceful as we had a child in the car.

The McDonald’s is located on the southbound side but it is still accessible even if you’re travelling northwards, just come off the A1, up the slip road, cross the bridge then turn off the southbound slip road. Food was fine as you’d expect.
