Royal Grille Steakhouse - Basseterre

Our evening was made even better by the warm welcome we received. The Royal Grille maintains an inviting atmosphere and stunning surroundings. If you're looking for a relaxing and cozy night with friendly service and outstanding steak, you won't be disappointed.

This is an outstanding small steakhouse located within the Marriott Resort. We ordered the filet and the New York strip, and both were exceptional. The drinks and appetizers were on par with those from any reputable steakhouse in the United States. We will certainly return.

Really awful service, food is so overcooked and dry with no sauce. Extremely overpriced. $6 for water. When I had an issue with my bill, nobody came for 10 minutes and I finally had to go up to get any service. They completely ignore and are rude when at your table. Tiny piece of meat on a huge plate. Horrible disappointment and experience. Really not tasty at all either

This is basically a low end restaurant pretending to be five star and falling flat. Prices are way too high, especially for what you get. For example, we ordered a side of asparagus for about $8 and got five pieces of flavorless, steamed, chewy asparagus. The steak was very tasty but nothing special. Everyone at the table loved the mushroom soup, so if you go there I recommend trying that. Overall, the price did not match the quality.

I visited St. Kitts in August, and the restaurant I went to was truly remarkable—I told the staff I would leave a review. Unfortunately, a few days after my visit, it seems to have closed down. The management was exceptional; the bartender and chef were incredibly friendly, and the manager was warm and welcoming as well. The steak burgers here were out of this world. I've been to several countries, and I'd rank this as one of the top ten steakhouses in the world. Thank you!
