The place where I work held an event in North Fork on a Saturday, and we chose Casa Velasco to cater for over 100 people. The fantastic staff loaded my truck bed with chili verde, chili colorado, rice, beans, chips, and salsa. The owner was kind enough to take the leftover items and followed me to the event. She helped unload everything and stayed until the job was completely done. Thank you all for your excellent customer service! I'll be sure to spread the word about you!
