The Angel - Basingstoke and Deane

I took my 2 teenagers to lunch today and couldn't mistake it. at the table and within minutes our drinks. not too long later it came to eat. a whole brunch, a shin and beside salad and a burger and chips. everything was nice, but my son enjoyed especially his burgers saying it was delicious. I love that huh and the salate as I try to be good, but it is also really delicious. the staff was friendly and efficient. all round good service

A very lively pub with a real mix of customers young and old. Drinks are re-made and a great place to finish a night after a nearby restaurant or cinema. many bar room, and bounced to keep it all safe.

What a legend Jamie was at the bar ! He calls him self the Ginger Mullet guy served us in seconds ! The quickest I’ve ever been served in weather spoons ! A credit to the brand ! If you see him wave and he will come running but by him a shot as a thank you !!

Came here on a Saturday morning about 11am. Fairly busy with about 3 tables free. Used the app and ordered a diet coke and a large breakfast. Coke came in about 5 minutes. Breakfast took around 30 minutes to come which was way longer than I expected. It was also cold and really poor. About a spoonful of beans. Hash browns were cold and tasteless. Will avoid as it was just a terrible breakfast and poor service all round.

We ordered two cocktails, a Strawberry Daiquiri and a Mojito, at this restaurant. It took the bartender a long time to find glasses and open two small cans of pre-mixed cocktails. They then struggled to add the proper garnishes, like pieces of lime. Unfortunately, these cocktails were the worst-tasting ones we've ever had. We weren't able to sit outside and had to find a dirty, uncleared table inside. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I have attached a photo to show just how terrible it was.
