Little Frankies - Basingstoke and Deane

Went there a couple days ago and for my first visit was very impressed, the waitress was very polite and attentive. the food was quick and very very tasty. Will be back again!

Disappointed with my visit this time food was cold one lady staff just looked at us and sent another young girl to serve us she was most polite but sorry wont be visiting again when in Basingstokke

Awful from start to finish, waited at the door for 10 minutes to be seated even though the place was empty and the waitresses saw us, when we finally sat down it took another 15 min for them to bring us some menus and some drinks, we waited 45 mins for two burgers and some chips and no joke it tasted like ass and looked about 2 days old (and it was cold) . We asked for the bill so we Could get out and the waitress was on her phone and basically ignored us, we had to ask someone else if we can pay. don’t waste ur time coming here, go McDonald’s it’s 5 mins away

Amazing food for my wife two children and I. Food served quickly and hot. Waitress Melinda B was excellent.
