Mcdonalds Restaurants - Basildon

I visited the drive-thru last night for a late night meal. I ordered 2 boxes of 20 nuggets, a double cheeseburger, and medium fries. Unfortunately, I only received the 2 nugget boxes and they completely forgot one person's food. I was disappointed that they couldn't get such a simple order right. It's frustrating when they forget items from an order that only has 4 things.

I was forced to wait 10 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers at 2:30 am. When they finally arrived, they were cold and not even room temperature. This has happened multiple times before. I would recommend avoiding this McDonald's. They are just trying to scam you out of your money.

I ordered the Crispy Chicken Smokehouse burger and was disappointed to find that the wrong bun was used, which detracted from the overall experience. The accompanying fries were lukewarm. The only saving grace was the fizzy and tasty Coke.

It 's pointless this place having a drive thru or it being called 'fast food ' when you are told to park up every single time and wait 10-20mins. Always make sure you check your bag as well as they will definitely miss items off your order. Just so, so bad.

We actually got a delivery new out menu mc phillie cheese what can I say fries cup was half full and cold burger the same barley warm hardly any onion inside actually there was 3piecescof onion and 1slice of pickle that was it,no dips and no straws for drinks , totally disgusting I vow never to order from there again.
