The best pastel de nata I've ever eaten!

The food, service, atmosphere was excellent. We didn’t try the highly recommended octopus but everything we had was amazing. The spare ribs and the pork in beer sauce were sublime aswell as, of course, the obligatory pastel de nata for dessert.

Very nice place and friendly, helpful staff. Good wines at very fair prices. Pretty garden, unfortunately only open until 8 p.m. because it's in a residential area. Oh yes, the food was excellent!

A very good find with excellent Portuguese tapas and fine wines! The two co-founders on the premises make a difference. Very friendly service. Wide choice. Only small comment was the particular red wine my gusets wanted only had a magnum bottle and the restaurant did...not ask, nor suggest an alternative! Also has a nice garden at the back. All in all well worth a visit!

We popped in here for a quick bite on our last night in Basel and got way more than we expected. The tapas is delicious, with a great selection. The daily special was stuffed squid which was beautiful. We shared a delicious bottle of wine...and my friend who has been searching for a similar wine to a portugese rose she'd had before asked if they might have something similar. We were bought a selection to try, a great red that my friend said was definitely the closest she'd found what great service! We finished off with some delicious Portuguese pastries which were divine! Highly recommended
