Latini Ristorante - Basel

Meine Frau und ich gehen immer wieder sehr gerne ins Latini, welches eine hervorragende Küche hat. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und zuhause dort, dies dank dem Chef und seiner tollen Crew, ihr seid spitze!

Ein gemütliches typisch italienisches Restaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, kompetent und geduldig, obwohl das Restaurant zum Bersten voll war. Die hausgemachten Teigwaren sind sehr fein, die Portionengrösse gerade richtig und die Preise vernünftig!

No the best of selections with only two dishes but still worth a mention. The interior is quite classy and the location relatively central. The vegan dishes are all pasta and there's currently no starter, which prevents top marks (four stars is maximum for restaurants with meat). Updated from previous review on 2020-07-22

You need to ask about gf pasta because it is not listed in the menu. However, they were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Gf bread was brought out. They made a custom Gf sauce for the steak and the minenstrone soup was natural gf. Here twice in Basel and had a great experience both times.

Lots of pasta delicacies, great ambience and very friendly service.
