Pizza Hut - Bartow

Pizza Hut has been around for many years, and I have tried to like it, but it is just average. It is a standard chain pizza that is not the best or the worst. It is in the middle in terms of quality, not as bad as CiCi's cardboard pizza but not as flavorful as Dominos or Papa John's. If you want a pizza that is not amazing but also not disappointing, Pizza Hut is fine. The Bartow location is similar to the others, with decent service especially when not busy. It is located in a busy business area, so it is best to avoid going during lunchtime.

There is something off about this Pizza Hut. It's best to only order the sides because each pizza has a large doughy crust in the middle. The breadsticks and pastas are delicious though. I recommend ordering 6 orders of breadsticks for $15 on the app.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I placed my order at 6:00 pm, only to receive a call at 8:55 pm informing me that my order had been refunded due to them running out of pizza dough. I find it hard to believe that they are open until 11:00 pm and yet managed to run out of such a basic ingredient. They have lost my future business.

I ordered two pizzas last night at 8:32 and they were not delivered until almost 10 o'clock. Both pizzas were terrible, with no sauce and so dry that even my dog wouldn't eat them.

I asked for a specific order. The pizza was not correct so the manager, Rebecca, took it back and fixed the problem immediately. Thank you for your awesome service! Our family LOVED the Pizza!
