Arby's - Bartow

I only got to enjoy the drink. Got the meal and couldn't eat it. The fries tasted like they put the whole bag in it. My burger was not cooked all the way. Three was an charm for me.Food: 1/5

Service was awful. We waited at the counter for 10 minutes while employees just kinda stood around. We were the only people in line and no one in the drive through. Food was okay and it was in a gas station so atmosphere can only be so good.Food: 3/5

I really wish they would clean upIn the back there is food all over the place , where the lettuce is and other condiments it is wide open with flys around it .It’s just really dirty in the back where the food isThe tables are always dirty as well .Service is ok good is ok just need to clean up makes me not wanna eat here . Need to do better cleaning we trust them with our food and seeing this is not good.I see people on their phones but they can’t clean .

I used to think that Arby's turkey sandwiches were excellent. Now, there is only one choice and it has about half the turkey and very iffy flavor. But it's nowhere near as bad as the chicken sandwich. Only Wendy's makes a worse chicken sandwich.Food: 1/5
