What a lovely place in a pretty little village with quaint cottages. We (2 couples) arrived Saturday pitched the tents, had a ride into Evesham then back to the site for a chilled out afternoon drinking laughing by our firepit. A lovely peaceful site went for a walk out the back of the site found the river a couple of minutes walk away. Dog friendly site with good amenities......2 good sized wet rooms, washing up area washing machine tumble drier available to use for a small cost. The pub is lovely with friendly staff a traditional menu Saturday night there's music on too. Had a great stay will definitely be returning for another chilled out camping trip

Great pub with camping. However the camping facilities let's it down as they aren't cleaned daily and are really dirty and should be only available to the campers Having said that, that is also down to the campers who don't consider other users, as for the washing machine, you wouldn't wash a dog blanket in it Perhaps a few signs reminding visitors to leave the facilities in the way they'd like to find them might help. I give the pub 5 stars because it's a great atmosphere and very welcoming but the camping facilities 0, sorry

Travelled up from South Wales to Stratford-upon-Avon for the auto jumble and clasic bike and car show. Decided to go up a day early, and stay the night at the Cottage of Content . The staff were very friendly and helpful, they let me park my motorbike at the rear or the pub outside my room. Great nights stay, the room, the food and drinks were all reasonable priced and very good. Would definitely stay here again.

I've been a vegetarian for almost 40 years this place is one of the best I've been to by along way! The 3 course Sunday dinner for £17.50 is unbelievable value. My wife, who is not veggie, had beef was equally pleased. Fantastic real ales to round the experience off. Friendly staff who were very welcoming, made it a wonderful afternoon out. Although we live 30 minutes away, this will become a regular place to visit.
