I ate this morning. Despite the short staff and the ac not working. I have to say the manager Raneisha needs an increase. She kept an excitement. The orders were correct. A smile on her face was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for waiting n warm it with your amazing smile and posture worth.
My chicken nuggets were rubbery and smelled burnt the first time. I sent them back and got some more. They smelled like they were cooked in burnt grease. They tasted like it a lil bit. I couldnt go back for a third time. The other food was ok?
One of the better Wendy's that I've been to. Food was served fairly quick and was hot n fresh which is hard to find! Customer service was also very good and the employees were very friendly.
Tonight I went to Wendy?s to buy 4 meals. I went thru the drive thru and received my order. I got home, 5 minutes later, got out of the car with my order, the bag was over filled and too heavy for order. My bag tore and ripped under weight and I lost the order in the whole bag . It fell onto the ground in the rain! Ugh!!! I went directly back and reordered what I lost, there was nobody there in line, I tried to ask the ?manager on duty? for a slight credit. I was willing to pay some but really...... they over filled bag which caused the problem. The ?manager? was so not helpful. She said? what do you expect me do?? Maybe if you had dropped in parking lot. I paid $56 for a meal for 4 people at Wendy?s. Rediculous!!!!! I told the so called unhelpful manager I would NEVER return to this location because they have terrible service and their customer service is usually nonexistent.
