Dunkin' - Bartlett

Worst DD in the area. I went to the drive thru and I had to repeat million times my order which was just an iced coffee with oat milk and mini bagels, literally two things nothing hard. I wanted the mini bagels plain and the lady keep saying ‘oh you want everything’ I was like I said 2 times I want them PLAIN. Then I pulled up to the window and guess what : they gave me my whole order wrong smh. The coffee doesn’t have oat milk as I ordered and the bagels are everything not plain …

This location habitually messes up our orders. They disregard the specifics of an order such as lightly toasted for the croissant sandwiches. When ordering a sausage and egg croissant it came back with burnt edges In addition, the croissant consisted of bacon as opposed to sausage. Something here needs to change either management or business practices. I have taken to posting this since this is NOT the first time this has happened.
