Subway - Bartlesville

The people that work here MUST be retarded I walked in waited 20 mins. 4-5 workers on front line but only one person actually making sandwiches, then they wrapped and gave me the wrong sandwich. I called and they said they would fix it, drive back up there to get the sandwich and it’s wrong again ??

It's usually packed line to the door. They usually slop your sandwich together. It's steep.

Very bad customer service. i was waiting for a doordash inside the store for full 20 minutes for ONE sandwich. i dont understand letting someone practice on dashers while we are trying make a living

The people working at Subway are hilarious, you can tell they 'd rather be ANYWHERE else.. one guy had earbuds in his ears as the customer was telling him what he wanted on his sandwich, the employee kept saying, huh?? ? C 'mon. Oh, and the churro is why I decided to visit subway after 8+ yrs.. >gag

? Welcoming place it was, but the two fresh toasted footlongs we ordered were expensive in comparison to a lunch at another reputable affordable buffet restaurants. Not sure it will be visited again unless the prices are reviewed by a new administration. Thank you for reading.
