Casey's - Bartlesville

Every time I visit this restaurant for breakfast pizza, I ask whether it comes with cheese sauce or gravy. They consistently tell me it's cheese sauce, but it always turns out to be gravy. If I'm paying for it, I expect to receive the cheese sauce as I was informed. Shouldn't the kitchen staff be aware of the difference between cheese sauce and gravy? They really need to label the sauces correctly and provide better training in this area.

I visited the restaurant for the first time, and it will also be my last. I attempted to get gas, but the pump wouldn't accept my rewards number or dispense any fuel. The picture shows the screen I was stuck on until I pressed enough buttons to cancel the transaction.

The pizza was delicious! I placed a phone order, and although it wasn't ready when I wanted it, they made up for the delay. The food was excellent and served hot when we arrived home to enjoy it with the family. I would definitely recommend them again.

I use an app that gives me cash back on gas, but it relies on matching data from the gas station. This particular Casey's does not upload their data properly and has lost me money on several occasions. I will choose a different gas station from now on.

Outside of store is loaded with cigarette butts. Also it has a smell on cement up front. Grass is mostly weeds. Take care of your store
