Candlewood Suites Bartlesville East

The stay was nice. Few things bothered me. Maintenance came to my room early Saturday morning to look around. I felt it could wait until I left. Then I had only one role almost from toilet paper. The floor in the hallway and space needed very poorly vacuumed. It was a long waiting time someone helped me. But on a good note the bed was nice and comfortable. Was quite peaceful and affordable. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious room. The dining room is comfortable but not a continental breakfast (fruit and coffee are free, but everything else in the pantry is charged to your room). It's not a brand new hotel, in the hallway there was a little a tedious smell, but nothing overwhelming and I didn't notice it in the room at all. Everything was kept very clean and the staff was very friendly.

I have stayed at SO many hotels/motels in Bartlesville and this experience hands down was the worst. The room I stayed in was dirty and the carpets were disgusting and heavily stained. I wore socks the entire time because it was so bad. I literally felt like I had taken $70 and flushed it down the toilet. I mentioned how bad it was to the front desk and her response was I 'll tell the housekeepers. To top it off... I stayed one night to find that my SUV had been hit. Huge dent on the passenger door. Wish I had never booked at this hotel.

I made a reservation online and when I got to the hotel the clerk said there wasn't any available. When I said I had made the reservation through booking.com she looked and said here is one that checked out she proceeded to give me that room. It was a $45 deposit for my dog nonrefundable. That was not on the web . I took the room which seemed to take forever to get processed, she started over 2 or 3 times. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I got upstairs there was no towels, no clean cups or drinking cups, no hand towels, there was a used wash cloth hanging over the shower rod. There was a huge stain in the middle of the carpet. The bed did look like it had been changed. I slept in my clothes in my sleeping bag. I complained to manager next morning and he said sorry I won't stay at another candlewood suite again

I stayed here several times. My last stay was pleasant. We had a nice chat with the woman who checked us. I did a lot of laundry that I probably should have done at home. It is free for guests. The beds are comfortable. We cooked breakfast in the room. It's like you have your own little apartment when you're on the go. I just stayed two nights. Once I stayed four and a half months in another Candlewood. You don't have breakfast or a pool.
