Domino's Pizza - Barstow

Honestly the food quality depends on how the staff feels sometimes. Sometimes the pizza is great other times it's dry.

I don’t understand how everytime I order a pan pizza it’s not thoroughly cooked through. It’s still Doughy and I always have to bake it an extra 10-15 mins at home. Also my boneless chicken was cold. Come on dominos I’ve been a loyal customer for years this is not my first time complaining about this definitely not what I want to be wasting my money on. I could get a digiorno pizza for a lot cheaper if I wanted to bake my own food

Every time I order the pizza is always fresh and taste delicious. They never mess up my order and there customer service is amazing! Basically this Domino's is on point!

Both Pizzas weren’t made how I ordered them but Eric the Cashier was professional and exceptional and had the pizzas made over which my wife said was some of the best pizza she ever had.

So ordered 2 pizzas and some cheese pepperoni bread and pasta and when the food was delivered the forgot to bring my bread so I wait 20 mins for them to bring the bread then when I opened the bbq chicken pizza it was a mess like if the driver was driving fast and the pizza turned upside down I wanted on the phone 7 minutes and spoke with Charles who said he was the store manager I told him I took a picture of the pizza and if he can make a new one and pick up this messed up one he said ok a hour passes I spoke with him at 12:20 and called back at 1:20 he said the driver was on his way about 20 mins later driver comes and the pizza was so cold like if he was driving around this was the most rudest customer service I have ever experienced and because of this me and my son didn’t get to eat pizza had to drive to get us something to eat this unacceptable and ridiculous horrible establishment
