Barry's Grill Pub

First time! Loved it! Nice atmosphere. You can see downtown amazing view! We sat inside but great patio. Everyone so nice. Not fancy but clean and friendly. Small menu we had cheeseburgers and waffle fries. Yum! Good place for drinks! Gahanna's best kept secret. I don't golf but The Golf Depot seemed nice too.

You'll never find this place. Literally. Tucked on a back road off of a back road in (of all places , a golf emporium, Barry's Grill Pub serves up some decent eats with some excellent service. It's your standard Bar/Pub fare (burgers, sandwiches fries, etc. . I had the bacon cheddar burger and it was above average. The waffle fries are excellent. Service was definitely above average. They have both an indoor and outdoor seating option. The outdoor option has some nice views of the city, but we sat indoors this run through.

We LOVE this little restaurant. It's so out of the way and we were totally skeptical the first time we ate here that the food would be good, but it's amazing! Super fresh salads and truly the best hamburger I've had in town. My husband loves the prime rib dip sandwich, the meat is simply delicious.

I am sorry to report Barry's has closed, as the Golf Depot has too, due to the family's decision to cease operations because of the death of the owner.

I would give no star if possible! Worst food. I got the huge pork tenderloin. Huge Mistake We also got chicken wings. Another bad choice. So tough you couldn't chew them. The girl at the window knocked 50 percent off of the worst wings ever. That was really big of her. Think they will try to resale them. I am 64 and can honestly say WORST MEAL EVER! Will not be back
