Kfc - Barrow-in-Furness

The food was pretty good and improved from my last visit. The restaurant was clean at least. It was a shame to see seagulls feeding on empty KFC packets outside.

The experience was terrible. The staff treated me horribly, looking down on me as if I were nothing. They even lied about their available options. I would not recommend this restaurant. I felt like I couldn't even enjoy my lunch.

This restaurant branch was disappointing. The burgers were sloppily made with very thin chicken breast pieces, almost like flattened roadkill. We placed our order using a touchscreen, initially declining table service until prompted to confirm our choice. The staff simply called out our order when it was ready, leaving it on a tray for us to collect. The front of house staff seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to customers.

Ordered chicken burger meals. The chicken was over dry and there was little mayo on the rolls. The popcorn was rubbery and taated old. Worst KFC i have ever been to.

Hubby and I ate in your establishment yesterday approx 4 pm.. was,nt busy.. to say food was awful is an understatement.. my hubby had a chicken box.. I had zinger burger meal.. food was Luke warm.. chips certainly were,nt fresh.. chicken was tasteless and rubbery.. gravy was a congealed mess.. coleslaw was watery! Best part was my latte and hubbys tea.. we wasted £16 50 approx.. very disappointed.
