When do you open the dining room again? It will help business and see inviting.

Great service, clean location, no complaints there. The menu on the wall is missing in descriptions. I had to ask what was on each of the sandwiches, I had to ask what the tastes were, and I'm not sure whether it was there or not, but the woman behind me had to ask how much the big to-go coffee container was. A little frustrating and intimidating for a consumer because they do not want to sit and ask questions about every single option on the menu. We are therefore forced to make a decision because we are under pressure or embarrassed.

Pretty good food, flexible menu for brunch. The new breakfast sandwich options are excellent. There are great ways to get coffee and bagels to work. We had a bad service at this point, but they were apologetic and it has been great since then.

Rud people, got food poison from their avocado/egg bagel..(avocado was very dark on my bagel, and was early morning, so go figure) Can't sit down in their dining, looks dirty to me. But, I just might have a bad experience, so no judge.

Just plain not friendly here. Won’t do any customization to the menu. No personality cashiers. Removed all but one table in the dining area, so it’s obvious customers aren’t their priority. That said, why would you want to be in this environment anyway. Bagels are nothing to write home about either.
