The employees were quite unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend spending your time here, as they seem uninterested in serving customers.

I've generally had a good experience at Pita Pit. After hundreds of visits over the years, I've always left feeling full and satisfied after enjoying a large chicken souvlaki pita. However, that wasn't the case today. I'm not sure if it's due to some kind of cutbacks, but my pita was missing ingredients and seemed about the same size as my 9-year-old's regular pita. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed. If I have another experience like this, I doubt I'll come back.

Despite how busy they get, this place consistently delivers fantastic results. My pita is always spot on, and they never cut corners. Thank you for your hard work! They definitely deserve a raise after enduring such a tough summer!

Store ain't closed till 10 I call befor ten and was tould we can't deliver to u cause we close soon that's bad customer service and store service from your employees

Time after time again I try this pita pit and it lets me down. Everytime I’ve gotten a pita delivered it’s been wrong and a mess. When I go in person, there is no care to the pita. This last order I got, the chicken was hard, (I don’t think they cooked it), the tzatziki was in one clump, the red peppers in another clump. They forgot to toast it and the ranch. Inedible. It’s worth driving to Bayfield. That location is far better.
