Mexhico - Barrie

I decided to try this restaurant based on the positive reviews, and although the atmosphere and service were good, I was disappointed with the food. I paid $22 for three beef tacos (without a drink) and was not impressed. The filling resembled old, dried out, canned croutons rather than beef. The meat in my tacos looked significantly worse than what you would find at Subway.

We recently dined at Mexhico for the first time and had heard so many great things. Our server Valentina was incredibly friendly. We tried the fish tacos and they were absolutely delicious. We are already looking forward to our next visit, especially for the churros.

The food was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I would recommend bringing a sweater now that the cooler weather has arrived in Canada, as it can be a bit chilly.

Awesome food and a big surprise hidden until we entered the place (All Vegan). Everything from the starters to the main dish to the dessert were competing with each other on taste. All my group members who were there with us today have decided this to be one of our favorite joint when we are in and around Barrie. Complimenting to the tasty food was the welcoming and friendly service people who gets all stars. A definite recommendation from me for vegan/vegetarian lovers...

We were very happy with our first visit there today. The restaurant is nicely laid out and spacious. The food was delicious (enchiladas and Tacos El Pastor). The staff is genuinely sweet and attentive. I wish they would come to Toronto!
