No taste to the chicken. Missing spices, dry no flavor. Looks like they don't follow original recipe. Will eat elsewhere. Gave it 3 tries never again.

Unfortunately this location doesnot know what hot and crispy is even though they have it on their menu.The coating was pathetic and chicken was not fresh.Definitely needs a staff revamp !!

A valuable suggestion for the owner: Consider hiring employees who excel in customer interactions. These individuals should be adept at knowing the right time, place, and tone for communication. Additionally, addressing the food preparation process is crucial, as there seems to be an unhealthy practice of talking and spitting among staff. If these issues persist beyond my next visit, I may have to bring the matter to the attention of the Ontario health committee. When I inquired about the manager's name from one of the employees, she declined, mentioning that they are not authorized to disclose that information. Unfortunately, the manager's own communication skills seem to be lacking, reflecting a general insensitivity in their interactions.

We paid over $42.00 and food was unacceptable. Chicken was dry and 3 peace combo felt like 1 piece. Not going back to KFC!! Called the store to complain and the person who answered the phone was laughing at me. Disrespectful!

*Edit*Tried ordering again after a long hiatus. The chicken was unbelievably greasy, and not crispy at all. Soggy chicken, cold old fries and tasteless popcorn chicken. Oddly enough, the normal chicken didn't appear to have any seasoning either.... The whole meal was essentially a soggy tasteless greasy mess.Hard pass, we won't bother again...
