Druxy's Famous Deli - Barrie

Meh. There's no reason to charge like this for super basic deli meat sandwiches. Better than a ready-to-eat premade from Zehrs, but not THAT much better.Also, the staff was overwhelmed pretty easily. Service quality suffered.

PLEASE DESCRIBE Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. I asked if mine was ready after 4 people after me, including someone who also ordered a wrap, received theirs. They realized they forgot it on the grill. When I opened it to eat it, no longer at the hospital, it was burnt to a crisp. Why would someone serve that after seeing it is black? This is actually the second time this has happened to me. Besides one of the girls, the rest always seem so miserable. I've seen one of them actually roll their eyes as the person in front of me places their order. Not acceptable as a customer service worker.

Got yelled at that we had to order at the other end then yelled at again to go to the other girl. There was no signs directing where to order, we only went to the till to order because we had been standing at the other end and no one acknowledged us and this other lady was placing her order at the till. They were very rude which is not what you need after being at the hospital. Three stars only because the food was good.

Food was alright, but way overpriced. Staff are very unapproachable and rude, made me feel like an inconvenience.

Been at RVH for 15 hours and l had a late lunch and dinner my day was ex-termly stressful. Franca was the lady working , not only was my lunch dinner great but she recognized l was having a hard time she was kind and compassionate and told me have a seat and l will bring your lunch out too you. Thank you so much Franca
