Chop Box - Barrie

Great place! The food here is amazing. I had the stew beef with rice and it was amazing. This place is probably one of the best Asian food places in Barrie. The staff are very friendly and fast service. It's a bit sad that the open hours are weird and the location is a bit hard to get to. But totally recommend it.

Forget to pack a lunch today so thought I'd give this place a try, first off the presentation is a little weird, there was a wide variety of toppings (I choose to do a Boneless beef shank bowl with, Tomatoes, steamed broccoli and potatoes cubes then added a serving of pork belly) all just pilled onto a decent amount of rice, BUT the flavor is amazing, the meat was all perfectly cooked I'm talking breath on it and it breaks down no tough meat here, the broccoli was the perfect level of doneness, and the bowl was extremely filling, for 15$ with a drink! The only thing I would change would be made add some sort of egg omelet or other to the toppings options to have that added protein instead of carbs on carbs, but other then that its great, 4/5 I will definitely be a reoccurring customer!!
