They have changed their menu since I was there last. Food tasted microwaved from frozen. Service was fine ..atmosphere felt dated and old fashioned! Far too expensive compared to other restraunts. We went here on Saturday for a friend 's birthday dinner. Yes our group was pretty large but the establishment was no busy by any means. First issue was the way they had the group seated at 3 seperate tables extremely odd and not very accommodating. Second issue was it was our servers first day on the job, to me that 's alot when youre just learning the ropes. Although this person was extremely kind the service was not great no one helped. Third issue their all you can eat was not that, my husband and a friend order this. First dish came out cold my husband ordered another dish as it was all you can eat after reminding the servers multiple times about what 's happening it never came. Fourth issue when we asked for the bill, EVERYONES steaks were over charged. They tried charging us 50$ a plate for a steak that was like 32$ they didn 't even have a steak on the menu that was priced that high. Fifth issue multiple people who did order the steak ended up sick a few hours later... Our group won 't be back to this establishment as there was just so many problems it seemed as if no one takes pride in their job anymore. If you do plan on giving it a try make sure you go over your bill.

The service was horrendous!! The bartender had too much going on waited 5 min to be even asked about drink order, food was Norma time normal delivery not the waitress never came back., had to stop a hostess to ask for the bill and it still took another 10 minutes!! Steak was tough and Soinachndip was lukewarm and tortilla chips were stale !! Will not be returning Service: Dine in

The experience was overall alright. The only saving grace was our amazing server Rema. She was very enjoyable, and tried her hardest to fix the mistakes with my food. My steak came out wrong twice.. and she apologized a bunch and really saved the experience, me and my partner would come back just for her. It was annoying to spend so much on a steak i couldn’t eat, but my partner enjoyed their food enough. Service: Dine in
