Great restaurant experience on the beach along with great food. Everything is freshly prepared and the Ceviche is some of the best! Thhave

We often came to eat in Delito and we have to admit that the food is really delicious. It's a bit more expensive than an average restaurant in Barranca, but it's worth it. You also have cheap meal of the day. Finally, the...Koch and owner Lito is really friendly and welcoming. You must come and try the Ceviche or lomo:

We have to admit that the food was good, but the waitress took forever on one of our plates (one hour). Apart from that, the place is small and needs more decoration to feel more comfortable.

In the early Sunday afternoon it went back from the beach and nothing seemed open. So, when we saw cars parked around this side street dressing, we were thrilled. Such a surprise to discover delicious, inventive takes the North Peruvian cuisine from this young cook. Even better, the locals were pouring in. Generally with samples and portions. Friendly service. Even if we had eaten in five of the top foods of Latin America in Lima, I have awarded five stars. Add Proud Delito340 on TripAdvisor Do not miss eating here when you visit the ruins at Carral!

It was a slow Sunday afternoon in Barranca, but as we wandered back from a look at the beach, we saw lots of cars parked out front. What a find! Fabulous creative takes on local favorites: cebiche, sushi, pasta. And the staff was so friendly...and inviting. Just wish we could eat there again.
