Przekaż informację zwrotnąI'm not even from around here but I've gotten food from this place a few times already, it was perfect every other time but tonight I ordered the tuna steak medium well they gave it to me completely raw, the manger said they didn't have enough people in the kitchen so she's back their right now and that's not her usual area, in other words she screwed up the food and was trying to justify and make up excuses! when yall don't have enough help you need to close the doors instead of serving people uncooked food,
This is supposed to be a $20 salad. They forgot the eggs and it appears to be 90% iceberg lettuce. Where’s the romaine? How is this worth $20? There is barely any crawfish and shrimp. Definitely not more than a pinch of crabmeat. We were told to save the salad and bring it in the next day. This was dinner and we live in Baker. They don’t believe in making things right! We spend too much money here for them to drop the ball. There is definitely a lack of customer service! We are very disappointed and will think twice about visiting Mike Anderson’s again!
My husband and I had cocktails and shared a fried seafood platter. We don't have the best fried seafood where we live, so were excited to get some steller fried food. Service was great also.
Great lunch special ? . CAJUN LUNCH! The Tookie trout special was very tasty!!!
The service started off OK outside of a misunderstanding with our appetizer. However, I’m leaving this review based on my experience with the female Manager who was working around 6pm on Tuesday, May 7th.This is my first time at the restaurant and I asked the server about the stuffed crab. He described it as a crab cake that was stuffed into an empty crab shell but when the dish came out it was a lot of stuffing mix/dough which I didn’t want. I told the server and he was gracious enough to take it back and offer me to exchange it. I thought everything was fine until the female Manager came over.For some reason she felt the need to come over and explain that the only reason they’re going to exchange my food is because the server took the food away. Apparently they don’t offer exchanges or take food off the bill if you don’t like it. I personally felt it unnecessary for her to come over and chastise me about their policy and what they “normally” don’t do when the issue was between her and her employee. She was very condescending and passive aggressive towards me. Hopefully upper management sees this and has a conversation with her as it appears other bad reviews have been written due to her and her approach with customers as well.
