Personnel was arrogant and not service minded at all. He manager was focusing on himself. Food was varying. Vitello tomato excellent, whole primi ravioli was terrible. Probably from microwave. Tastless lacking all freshness. Main course, filet was decent, but addons kind of ratatouille with thin bread was tastless, dry incomplete. Grilled Calamari was good fresh but dry. Grilled cabbage was terrible. Dry, bitter and burned. I can not recommend this place. Worst experience dining One week stau in Barolo.
Giorgio is a gifted chef. He’s restaurant is simple and elegant and he is creative and fun. We had just finished a two hour truffle tour and found four truffles; We handed one to Chef Giorgio and he suggested the dishes that would be best enhanced by the truffles and my goodness, was he ever spot on! The wine was exquisite and we will absolutely return again.
