Spent £54 on food to be delivered as we had family visiting. Took 1 hour and 40 minutes to be delivered. The food was cold and the order wrong. Extras I paid for on pizzas was missing. I called to tell them and they promised replacement pizzas. Over 2 hours later pizzas not delivered so I called again. I was advised they had been delivered to next door by mistake. Not possible as they are not in. Advised that a refund would be brought to my house within 15 minutes. Obviously this didn't happen. Oooops maybe they took that next door too. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. Absolute joke and I will never use again.

Orderd a takeaway asked for no salad on the food they sent it with salad so phoned up n told them they said they will send out another one the next day due to the shop closing. The next day rang up they sent the food out again but with salad so phoned up again and they said they will send one out but give them the other one back we put it to one side n left it waited an hour then rang to see how long it would be they said 10/15 mins waited another half hour rang again and they said we aren't sending one out wouldnt even give it one star

Have used these guys before as their Korma is beatiful and never had a problem however we tried pizza tonight and was very, very disapointed. The food was late, very cold and not as ordered. The tomato garlic bread is pizza base and few sliced tomatoes... no puree though this is on the pizzas and covered in chese though we'd specifically asked for no cheese. Really has put me off.

Ordered for the first time tonight, 2 hours for the food to arrive and then the starters were missing, not happy, although the curry’s were very nice, shame they just didn’t get it right tonight but will try them again

1 star but only as i needed to put one on to submint it. I would give them zero.Order a family treat at the cost of 22 .80 got the email at 5.26 to say rest got my order and would be with me for 6.20. I order on just eat. It hadnt come by 6.40 i phoned up they said he just got in car which is only a 5 min travel. At 6.55 still no food phone at 7 to be told they have the hadnt got my order so they lair to me 1st time which i wasnt happy said it be 15 mins and 7.35 no order i was told i would get my money back with the driver at 7.40 food arrive almost 2 hours. And no refund driver didnt seem to know what i was on about. Phone back up and then said we would have to contract just eat. But why say they sending it when they not. Dont ever order i am still trying to get money back nothing but lairs. And food was cold hair in our food. We have order 100 times. Very disappiont they done nothing about this.
