Sweet Basil - Barneveld

We visited on a busy Sunday morning when only the cook and 1 waitress were working. We were seated quickly. The food was excellent and came out pretty quick for being short staffed. Would certainly visit again.

I stopped for lunch with my husband. The turkey reuben was the best I have ever eaten. Large slices of fresh turkey breast on rye bread that was excellent. The sandwich was so filling I only was able to eat 1/2. It was just as good the next day. The service was excellent. We definitely will be back

Staff not very friendly. Not a smile to be seen and acted impatient with us. Food wasn't bad.

Divey style diner. You have the option to sit at the counter also. Eggs Benedict were awesome. Thick piece of ham and homemade hollandaise sauce. Homemade bread across the board. Mushroom 4 egg omelette was also good. Great prices and service! Cash only.
