Papa John's - Barnet

The food at this restaurant was terrible and the customer service, especially from Maya, was unacceptable. Maya refused to take responsibility for the false advertising on the product and poor quality of the food (two items out of four were overcooked/burnt).

The staff are unfriendly and the pizzas are smaller than expected. I ordered an XXL and when I questioned the size, the staff were very rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered a Mexican pizza, but they delivered a vegan cheese pizza instead. I didn't want my room to smell like a barn, so I had to scrape off the vegan cheese and only eat the base. The base was okay, that's why I rated it 1 star. I don't plan on ordering from them again.

What can I say? Every time I've had Papa John's, it has been delicious with fast delivery.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I have been ordering from them for three years and they always provide high-quality pizzas that keep me and my family happy, especially on Friday nights! They even replace pizzas at no extra cost if they arrive cold. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service.
