When I entered the restaurant, the waitress asked me what I would like, so I requested a table for one. I was seated at a table near the window. The menu had a wide variety of options and was reasonably priced. Each dish on the menu had a description of what was included. The portions were large, making it a good value for the money. The only drawback was that the waitress did not speak much English, which made me feel like a foreigner since I am English. Additionally, there was a lingering smell of smoke from outside. The menu is extensive, with half-portions available for children. The fresh fruit juices, such as apple and pineapple, are highly recommended. The stews are delicious, as are the kebab-style dishes. The saffron rice has too much saffron and is not very flavorful. The language barrier can make it difficult to understand the menu, as the waitstaff speaks little English. It would be helpful to have a key indicating dishes containing nuts. A children's menu and more focus on the main restaurant area would be beneficial. The atmosphere could be enhanced with traditional Iranian music and better decoration. Overall, the restaurant has potential but needs improvements in service, training, and ambiance.
