Dominos Pizza - Barnet

The staff answering the phone at this restaurant were extremely rude. After waiting for over an hour for a pizza order that still hadn't arrived, I called to inquire about the delay and was met with a dismissive and unapologetic response from a girl who seemed disinterested. After waiting for two hours without any resolution or apology, I feel that the situation was greatly mishandled. It should not be difficult to provide a basic level of customer service. When I asked for a refund, I was told that the manager was not offering any compensation. This lack of proper service reflects poorly on both the establishment and the Domino's franchise they represent. It is disappointing and unacceptable.

Order an online pizza. the driver rings the bell and asked me to go down and get the pizza. When I went down after 1 minute, I saw that he had left the building without giving me the pizza, so I called dominos Pizza candidate and they said that I was the supplier back. after 8 minutes the driver did not come so called again domino for a refund. then the supplier appeared with a stupid excuse and contested with me all the time when I asked him why he went, then he put my 4 pizzas on the floor to pick me up and I told him to approach the pizzas as a door when near the beginning not the keys have to enter my home again, he told me very rudely to stay away from him and he went out with the floor. never had a problem with dominos before, but after that and with the Kovid situation we give companies that do not appreciate their customers. never again.

I am extremely frustrated after my recent experience at the Southgate restaurant. When I asked for a ham and pepperoni pizza with ham on one side and pepperoni on the other, I was told it was not possible due to a reduced menu. The store manager, Maria, was unhelpful and robotic, stating that the company no longer makes half and half pizzas. I found this policy to be ridiculous, as it would not be difficult to simply separate the toppings. It seems that the employees are more concerned with following orders than meeting customer needs. Maria's lack of attention to our request was disappointing.

This restaurant has the best pizza for takeout. My favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza. I could eat it every day if I didn't worry about gaining weight. The ranch sauce is delicious. Their customer service is also excellent in most locations. Great job!

OH MY ALLAH! this is the best pizza i have ever had. my wife recommended this place, never heard of it, capitalist scum, but it was beautiful. the pizza was divine, wrap me up in your silky dough baby, and smother me with your creamy...sauce, i would recommend! my red rocket was up for so long i ended up in A&E. worth it though. GO ARABIA!!!
