Costa Coffee - Barnet

This Costa branch is like many others, with a small seating area. It's okay, but nothing special to mention.

I have been a customer at Costa for over 10 years. When I asked for the code to use the toilet, the staff member refused to give it to me and instead told me I had to buy a coffee. Even though she knows that I am a regular customer.

The restaurant always has a blocked pipe that emits a foul odor, and there is an elderly employee who seems out of place at Costa. She never brushes her hair or teeth.

Great customer.service, friendly ,helpful, polite. One girl In particular stood out for me, i think she was English and had a nose ring I don't know her name.. she was the best example of what customer service is all about . She was polite, vocal , a great worker and made me feel good to be there enjoying my coffee. And she was gorgeous lol. I would definitely go back because of this experience. Costa should use this person to train all the staff. I've been to alot of coffee shops and observed many staff in their work and this person is the the most impressive employee I've seen so far .
