Barnet Star Kebab House

I waited for over an hour for my food to arrive at this restaurant. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was met with attitude and rudeness. When the food finally arrived, the lamb doner was cold, chewy, and rubbery. The chips were soggy and undercooked, the burger was overcooked, and the cheese was so off-putting that it required a hazmat suit to approach. The burger bun was extremely soggy, and the chicken nuggets consisted mostly of batter with a thin sliver of chicken. Overall, the food was shockingly bad, and the customer service matched. I will never order from here again. Next time, I'll stick to Five Guys.

I used to frequent this restaurant, but now the salad that comes with the kebab is much smaller than before. The small chicken donner kebab is still a generous portion with enough meat for two people. They are very generous with both the delicious garlic sauce and the spicy chili sauces.

The food is delicious and well worth the price. The portions are generous. Thank you!

Poor quality in food, 3 bits of chicken shish and salad looks a week old! Stay away and save your money! Never again!!!
