There was always men standing around talking to the attendant, but the attendant would still take care of the customer. Lately, the customer service has declined. One attendant had a nasty tone when I asked her a question about the self-pay station. She was more attentive to her friend and their conversation. That was my last time stopping there.
I love Circle K, when they bought out Flash Foods the free drinks on your 6th buy is still free.
I've shopped at this store for right at 2 years.. The customer service has been excellent, till the last month. I could not be More disappointed in the one that works second shift that screams,cuses and is racist to customers.
Manager and staff incompetent! Not realizing my card had swiped my cousin paid for my gas. Spoke to the manager and explained the situation, and was basically told I paid it forward. You see the transactions around the same time I gave you and you know you double dipped!
Bought some beer and gas and other stuff. Started out the door and realized I paid 21.99 for a 12 ok of beer that could be bought 10$ cheaper right down the road. Told them I would like a refund and don't want the beer. Was told I bought it and can't return it from the manger . REALLY? Sorry place and have alot of problems there.
