Steyk Pab Krapiva - Barnaul

We celebrated a birthday at Krapiva. The meat was delicious and juicy. However, we were a bit taken aback by the waiting time of 40 minutes instead of the promised 20, especially since there were only two other tables occupied in the restaurant. We ordered a bottle of red wine, which was quite decent and aromatic. When we asked the waiter to bring a chilled bottle, he confidently remarked that wine is typically enjoyed at room temperature. We didn’t argue, but it left us with a bit of a sour taste. It seems they simply don’t offer chilled wine. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at the restaurant.

The waitstaff make it seem like they're doing a huge favor by taking orders and interacting with customers. We waited 50 minutes for our steak.

I'll start by saying that the food is delicious, but there are two aspects that are quite disappointing. First, the wait time for food is incredibly long; you'll be waiting 40 minutes for shashlik and 30 minutes for a salad, especially considering that only two tables were occupied. The second issue is that when we sat down, our table was dirty. Given that the place was empty, the staff could have easily tidied it up. The food is good, but I can only recommend it to those who have plenty of time to spare.
